Terms of Delivery – EV Guard Oy

1. General Terms
These delivery terms apply to the contractual relationship between the online store of EV Guard Oy (Business ID: 3478879-9) and its customers. EV Guard Oy sells products to both private individuals (consumers) and companies in Finland.
Payment Service Provider
The payment intermediation service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card invoice and will transfer the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.
In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier as the first point of contact.

2. Ordering
Orders are placed in our online store by adding the desired products to the shopping cart and completing payment at checkout.
An order confirmation is sent to the customer by email.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices include value-added tax (VAT 25.5%), unless otherwise stated.
Available payment methods:
- Klarna (invoice, installment, online banking, card)
- Paytrail (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay)
Payments are processed securely through the selected payment service provider.
4. Delivery Methods and Times
Products are delivered according to the chosen delivery method (e.g., Posti, Matkahuolto, DB Schenker).
The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
If a product is out of stock, we will inform you of the delivery time separately by email.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Consumers)
Consumer customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging.
Notice of return must be given in advance by email to [email protected].
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during transport.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made or modified according to the customer’s specifications
- Sealed products whose seal has been broken
6. Returns and Complaints (Business Customers)
Business customers do not have the consumer protection right of return.
Returns and complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Complaints and Defective Products
If a product is defective or the delivery is incorrect, the issue must be reported within 7 days by email to [email protected].
We will replace the product or arrange for a return as agreed.
8. Data Protection
We process customer personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
Disputes will be settled primarily through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, matters will be handled in the District Court of Helsinki, or, in the case of consumer customers, by the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
